A WHS management system is the company-wide set of policies, registers and records a PCBU uses to manage work health and safety. It is not a site WHS plan. In Victoria the same idea is usually called OHS.
No. We are not a certification body and we do not issue JAS-ANZ certificates. You build the ISO 9001 and 45001 system here. A JAS-ANZ accredited body still runs the audit and issues the cert the tender wants.
You can export the WHS policy, induction, registers and evidence people usually upload to CM3, LinkSafe, Avetta or a client portal. We are not those portals and we do not submit the pack for you.

Yes. It is written for Australian small business, especially cleaning, trades and services. It uses WHS, and OHS in Victoria, plus SDS and a hazardous chemicals register.
Usually yes. They want the company WHS management system: controlled policy, induction, registers and evidence. They are not asking for a site WHS plan or a folder of SWMS.
You still engage a JAS-ANZ accredited certification body and pay them for Stage 1 and Stage 2. This software gets the system ready. We do not issue the certificate.

Inspection and checklist apps are built for site walks, forms and audits on a phone. Enterprise QHSE platforms are configurable systems usually priced and scoped for larger teams with a system already written. This writes the documented system itself, then runs the registers, internal audit and management review behind it. Plenty of businesses run an inspection app alongside this.
