SWMS address specific high-risk construction work. Company policies describe how your business manages matters such as safety, training and incident reporting across its work. A client may request both. PolicySystem helps prepare your company policies; it does not replace SWMS or a site-specific WHS plan.

On a paid plan, paste a question into Ask. It drafts an answer using your issued policies, cites the source and identifies the supporting document. If a policy has a gap, it can propose a draft update for your review. Check every answer against your actual practices and records before sending it.

You can cancel your subscription. PDFs you have already downloaded are yours to keep. Access to the live app ends when your paid subscription period ends, so download the documents you need before then.

No. The policy pack supports work on safety, quality and environmental systems, with ISO 45001, 9001 and 14001 options. Certification requires a separate assessment by a certification body. Clients and prequalification portals decide whether your documents and supporting evidence meet their requirements.

Yes. It is written for Australian small business, especially cleaning, trades and services. It uses WHS, and OHS in Victoria, plus SDS and a hazardous chemicals register.

Usually yes. They want the company WHS management system: controlled policy, induction, registers and evidence. They are not asking for a site WHS plan or a folder of SWMS.

You still engage a JAS-ANZ accredited certification body and pay them for Stage 1 and Stage 2. This software gets the system ready. We do not issue the certificate.

Yes. Log incidents and near misses and raise corrective actions (CAPA). This is not a workers compensation claim system.

Yes. Keep safety data sheets current and run a hazardous chemicals register. That is what most prequal packs ask for.

Yes. Induction plus a training register with tickets and expiry, so you can show who was trained when the assessor asks.

Document control (version, owner, review date, draft versus issued), management review, internal audit, and a corrective action register. Those records live in the system, not in email.

Ask is the policy assistant. Paste a question from a customer, auditor or worker and it answers only from your own issued policies, cites the policy code, drafts a reply you can copy as an email, and names the PDF to send. When the policies have a gap it proposes the wording as a draft for you to approve.
