The tender wants ISO 9001 or 45001. We build the system.
ISO certification for a small business tender is two jobs. You need a working ISO 9001 and 45001 system, then a JAS-ANZ accredited body to audit it and issue the certificate. This software does the first job.
What we are not
We are not a certification body and we do not issue JAS-ANZ certificates. You still engage the body and pay them for Stage 1 and Stage 2.
What the software gives you
AI policies for ISO 9001 and ISO 45001, written for Australian small business, with document control (version, owner, review date, draft versus issued). Registers for hazards, incidents, SDS and hazardous chemicals, training, evidence and CAPA. Management review, internal audit and Ask from your own policies.
That is what an assessor looks for before they talk about the certificate. It is not a $30k consultant and it is not a Word dump.
When the client only asked for a WHS system
Some tenders say ISO. Some clients only say "send your WHS system". If you need the company-wide WHS management system without chasing a certificate this week, start there.
