ISO certification cost
Three bills, not one. Software is not the certificate.
ISO certification cost for an Australian small business is three line items: the system you run, the JAS-ANZ body that audits it, and (if you hire one) a consultant. PolicySystem is the first item only. We are not a certification body and we do not issue the certificate.
1. Building and running the system
This is the line that blows out. A consultant often charges $20,000 to $40,000 to write ISO 9001, 45001 and sometimes 14001, hands over a folder, and leaves. A template pack is cheaper and leaves the writing to you. Software writes the system for your business and keeps the registers live.

2. The JAS-ANZ body
The certificate comes from a JAS-ANZ accredited certification body. They quote Stage 1, Stage 2 and later surveillance against your headcount, sites and standards. Ask the body for a written quote. We do not publish their fees and we do not mark them up.
3. What people confuse with the cert
Published software prices that look like $79, $149 or $249 are often exclusive of GST. Ours are not. A 30-day trial does not change the body fee. And "ISO certification cost" in a tender usually means "are you certified", which still requires the body, not a screenshot of a policy pack.
What we are not
Not a JAS-ANZ issuer. Not an ISO consultant in a city. Not SWMS, not inspections, and not a site WHS plan. If you only need the company WHS system for a client, you may not need a certificate this year at all.
