Induction · training register

Who was inducted, who is current, who has expired.

An induction and training register is the record of new starter induction plus tickets and expiry. PolicySystem keeps that matrix next to the WHS policy so an assessor, or a CM3 desk, can see who was trained. It is not a white card register and it is not an RTO.

What you can show

People, roles, the ticket or induction they hold, issue date and expiry. Add a person, add a ticket, and see who still needs it. When a ticket expires, it shows. That is what ISO 45001 competence looks like in a small business, and what most prequal forms mean by "training register".

WHS and OHS

In Victoria the same record supports OHS. The induction still has to match the work and the states you named in the policy. A generic slideshow that never mentions the chemicals or plant you actually use will not help when someone asks a question on the floor.

What this is not

Not a white card or high-risk work licence authority. Not QR sign-in on a gate. Not SWMS and not an inspection app. You still do the training. This is the register that proves it happened and when it is due again.
